Hello Kindergarten Families,
We have been very busy in Kindergarten creating a special surprise to share with you! This upcoming week is a Winter Celebration. Your child has the option to participate by dressing up each day. Your child will be performing at the Winter assembly on THURSDAY, December 21 at 8:30 AM. You are invited to come and watch the performance.
Monday, December 18 is Festive Day (Wear something "festive")
Tuesday, December 19 is Holiday Hat Day
Wednesday, December 20 is PAJAMA DAY!!
Thursday, December 21 is Candy Cane Day (Wear Red and White) and last day of classes before winter break.
We have been working to bring a little winter into into our classroom by focusing on the fine motor skills needed to build a snowman with loose parts. We have been singing a song about snowflakes and reflecting on how snowflakes are unique (just like us!). We covered our class with snow (bits of paper) as we practiced using scissors and made snowflakes.
